APARTMENT PRATTELN

The apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with modern features.

The quality kitchen from Forster Swiss Home AG with chrome steel worktop, glass ceramic hob with integrated steam extractor, large fridge, dishwasher, raised oven with additional cupboard for cleaning is just one of the highlights of this wonderful flat.

The bathroom has been completely reorganised and adapted to the latest requirements; with a large shower tray with a Raindance shower and glass partition with a frosted glass look, a large double washbasin with a beautiful vanity unit as well as a modern light mirror and a towel radiator. An additional customised wall unit was installed above the WC unit.

All rooms have been fitted with new flooring. A terrazzo floor was installed in the wet areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and entrance area. The rooms and the forecourt were fitted with longstrip parquet flooring in a cottage look.
